Angie McCanham
A Commercial Realtor Who Cares.
Angie’s ability to build relationships, inspire others and connect people is at the heart of the way she works. A longtime Paulding County resident, she lives and works in the communities she serves.
Her real estate career began in 1998. As owner of McCanham & Associates, LLC, her residential appraisal work and new-construction experience provide a valuation-first perspective on pricing, offers and property decisions. Her sales experience spans residential and commercial real estate, with hands-on work in tenant and landlord representation, office, retail, flex and land.
Angie was invited to serve on the newly formed Atlanta Commercial Real Estate Brokers commercial board in 2026. She is also a co-owner of Postal Co. in Dallas, Georgia, the sister business behind PostalCoUSA.

A retired United States Marine, Dan brings a spirit of service to his work with owners, buyers and the wider community. He and Angie collaborate on land opportunities, business acquisitions and property sales.
